A non refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your dates, full payment in advance for single nights or bookings made within the next 42 day (6 week) period.
 

Balance payments to be made a minimum of 6 weeks prior to booking.

A further £250 refundable security bond is required on balance payment.

All bookings must provide a reason for hire (eg family reunion) and age range of the group. No bookings will be accepted without these details provided.

Skirfare Barn is NOT a party venue. 

Stag & Hen parties and groups of exclusively under 25 years old not accepted without prior agreement.

All bookings - Entry 4pm, Exit 10.30am (except by prior arrangement)

All bookings made via this site are confirmation of your acceptance of the terms and conditions of hire and the agreement that you are required to clean and tidy the barn upon final exit in accordance with the “tidy-up agreeement” found here.
